We provide shipping across various districts of West Bengal, India. During the checkout process, you can verify if we deliver to your location by entering your postal code or city. We may update delivery areas based on operational factors and location-specific restrictions.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping:
  Enjoy free shipping for all orders above Rs. 2999/-.
• Standard Charges:
  For orders below Rs. 2999/-, a nominal delivery charge will apply. The exact charge will be calculated during checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
• International Shipping:
  Currently, we only offer shipping within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery:
  Orders are typically delivered within 10–15 business days from the date of shipment.
• Remote Locations:
  Deliveries to remote or less accessible areas may take longer. We will notify you of any expected delays.
• Business Days:
  Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take an additional day for processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification containing your tracking ID. You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking ID on our Order Tracking Page. You will also receive updates regarding the estimated delivery date.

  If an order is delayed due to incorrect shipping information, we are not responsible for the delay. Please ensure the delivery details are accurate when placing an order.
